Over the past 15 years, I’ve seen even the most collegial organizations struggle to turn big goals into actionable results. Competing priorities, unclear expectations, and differing interpretations often slow progress. Temporary fixes — a new process, a motivating announcement, or improved communication — can help for a time, but they rarely address the deeper ways people work together.

As an experienced consultant, I bring a willingness to understand multiple points of view, to name the uncomfortable with kindness, to translate big-picture goals into practical, implementable strategies, and to develop processes that drive initiatives to completion. My approach is grounded, warm, and candid — with humor and openness as tools to unlock deeper truths and stronger collaboration.
